Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of your order:
- Orders up to $44.00 — $8.00
- Orders $44.01–$99.99 — $12.99
- Orders $100.00 and over — Free shipping
Delivery Times USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the USPS website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at loulabarryfarms@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
