At Loulabarry Farms, we take pride in crafting natural, handmade products we truly believe in. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loulabarryfarms@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Unopened Items Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Personal Care & Consumable Products Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out — we'll do our best to find a solution.
